New Hormones was the pioneering Manchester post-punk independent label founded by Buzzcocks and manager Richard Boon for the release of their seminal Spiral Scratch ep in January 1977. After recording (but not releasing) the debut single by The Fall, the label resumed operations between 1979 and 1982, releasing important records by Biting Tongues, Diagram Brothers, Dislocation Dance, Ludus, Eric Random and the Tiller Boys.
